Here are samples of our online content:

Crystal Bridges in the Classroom:
Little Rock
2020-2021

We pivoted the CBC:LR program to completely virtual for the 2020-2021 school year and created 10 virtual residencies--each custom designed to complement curriculum already covered in class. We also sourced, packaged, and distributed nearly 900 art kits to participants.

Museum of Discovery's
February Celebration
of African-American Female Scientists

We created four virtual sessions celebrating the work of African-American female scientists for the Museum of Discovery's 2021 Black History Month offerings. In each session, participants learn about the scientist and then create and art project inspired by the scientist's work using supplies provided in a kit.

Conway Symphony Orchestra's Virtual Residency

We helped the CSO bring music to children in spite of Covid restrictions in the 2020-2021 school year. Teaching artist Patty Oeste focused on a different instrument family for five sessions. Participants learned the instruments in each family, heard various UCA or Conway Public School bands or ensembles play the instruments, and then made their own instrument from that family using materials from a provided kit. In the final session, UCA's Blake Tyson explores drums and even engages the students in performing with the UCA drummers.

The Nature Conservancy

We helped The Nature Conservancy to engage their supporters throughout the Covid-19 quarantine with a series of videos. In these videos, our teaching artists demonstrate ways to experience nature through art.

Blueberry's Clubhouse:
Arkansas Children's Theatre on AETN

In collaboration with ACT, we created an original program for the Arkansas Department of Education's May AMI lessons broadcast on AETN during the Covid-19 quarantine. This program showed kids how to "engineer" shadow puppets with household objects.
